SSYC SCHOLASTIC ACTIVITES

Shrewsbury supports and hosts local High School and Collegiate Sailing. The Monmouth University Sailing team uses SSYC as a training venue for their sailing program. Local High Schools include Rumson-Fairhaven, Red Bank Regional, and Monmouth County Biotech. Local students – both member and non-member - practice locally and compete in a variety of regattas regionally and nationally. Many continue to sail collegiately at institutions all-across the country.
